All Pro Dad participants traded their meeting space in January for a trip to the Catawba Firehouse where they were treated to a special program and breakfast. Students and parents donned firefighter gear and talked about positivity and teamwork. According to one RBMS student, the gear was "really heavy, but we had a great time!" They also learned about a Junior Firefighter program for parents and kids once the student is 14 years old and attending high school. The All Pro Dad group welcomes all RBMS students and their parents/guardians and will resume their usual meeting time on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 6:45-7:30 in the RBMS Media Center. A small breakfast is provided at the meetings.
